You know how some people love leftover pizza for breakfast? I’m the same for tacos! If I have leftover taco filling, I’m definitely having tacos for breakfast. This morning I decided to change things up a little…taco meat over eggs on toast with cheese, avocado, onion, sour cream, green chile sauce, and hot paprika. I had not planned a post for today but this was soooo good, I just had to share!
No real recipe…Just top toast & cooked egg(I fried mine) with taco filling*, and your favorite taco fixings!
*The taco filling was prepared using ground chuck and Taco Bell taco seasoning mix, according to packet directions.

Wow, Shawn!! What a fantastic meal, I firmly believe that everything should be topped with a fried egg (cooked in duck fat 😉 what is hot paprika, never heard of that before?
