Fool’s Sushi
Makes 2 logs (12 pieces)
1 4x4inch square rice crispy treat, sliced in half
2 dark chocolate candy bars, melted
2 ounces white chocolate, melted
1/2 cup coconut, divided
1/4 cup marshmallow fluff
1 drop red food coloring
Spread a thin layer of melted chocolate onto each cut side of the rice crispy treats. Place 1/2 of the coconut(1/4 cup) and 1 drop of red food coloring into a small lidded jar. Shake to coat so that coconut turns pink. Divide the coconut to sprinkle evenly on the chocolate coated squares. In a small bowl, mix the remaining coconut(1/4 cup), melted white chocolate, and marshmallow fluff to form a pliable dough. Divide the dough into 2 even logs and center on top of the tinted coconut. Tightly roll square to form cylinders. Use the remaining melted chocolate(reheat if necessary) to coat each cylinder. Place seam side down on a wax paper lined plate and refrigerate until chocolate hardens. When ready, cut each into 6 pieces. Try and fool someone 🙂
