I decided to mix create my own garlicky compound butter by mixing GarLic it into butter & cream cheese with red pepper flakes. The butter is perfectly suited for warm crusty dinner rolls and will definitely be showing up on my table during the holidays. It's also great as a spread for your next fabulous garlic bread, or for topping your next sizzling ribeye.

GarLic it sent me 2 jars of their GarLic it Caramelized Finishing Garlic. I used one to create this recipe and to offend my husband with nighttime garlic breath. I'm using the remaining jar for this giveaway. Although highly compensated by receiving these 2 jars, I can truly affirm that I really think GarLic it is a fabulous product!

| Just butter, cream cheese, GarLic it, and crushed red pepper |
| Mix well and place onto parchment paper |
| Roll up to create a log...Once hardened, just slice as needed. |
makes about 3/4 cups
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons GarLic it Caramelized Finishing Garlic
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Mix ingredients in a bowl until completely blended. Place butter mixture onto parchment paper and roll to create a 1x6-inch log. Wrap in additional plastic wrap and refrigerate until hardened, about 3 hours until ready to use. Don't want a log? Just transfer mixture to a small crock, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.





















Butter and cream cheese mixed with garlic for the win! It sounds delicious! The meat with the spread melting on it looks AMAZING! I hope I win, I want to try that! :)
